My name is Katerina Mpaka and I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Rhodes. From a very young age, I knew that my future lay in education, and especially Primary School. In 2019, I was accepted into the Department of Primary Education of the University of the Aegean and in 2023, I received my degree. I had also attended seminars on topics of particular interest to me, such as Special Education and Training and School Psychology.
My relationship with “RODION PAIDEIA” had begun during my studies at university when I completed my mandatory practical experience requirement. I immediately realized that the school fostered, what I truly love, helping children develop into the best version of themselves and at the same time further developing my own teaching skills. A few months on, I was offered a position at the school’s “Summer School” and since September 2023, I have been an active member of the Primary School teaching staff. At the moment, I am attending a postgraduate program offered by the University of the Aegean, entitled “Children's Books and Pedagogical Material”.
In my free time, I like to learn new things, spend time with my family and friends, travel and enjoy walks in nature, and enjoy the company of a good book.
