Educational Approach: "One to One Devices and Learning"
We have designed the "One To One Devices and Learning" teaching model to more effectively develop 21st-century skills. In this learning environment, all students and teachers participate in lessons using their personal, specially configured computers.
We utilize a variety of tools and applications to enrich the teaching process, such as Class Notebook, Microsoft Forms, Insights, Search Coach, Reading Coach, and Stream. Often, our teaching is based on AI and Game-Based Learning projects.
Teachers have easy and immediate access to students' progress on assignments, as they can navigate through students' electronic notebooks at any time from their computers and provide feedback. We have created an environment where it is very easy to form student groups that can work on a shared task. Students record their ideas in a shared file using a digital pen, just as they would in a physical notebook.
Each student can explore different sources using the "Search Coach" learning accelerator, which also indicates the reliability of the sources they choose. Additionally, the "Content Library" contains all the subjects, and teachers can organize their educational materials there.
A significant advantage of this digital environment is that the daily "classroom board" never gets erased. Students can access it from their homes to revisit and review their teacher's notes.
- Personalized Learning and Differentiated Support
Within this framework, we effectively approach the essence of Personalized Learning. At the beginning of the teaching process, we assess our students using an e-quiz, providing us with a complete overview of the class in just a few minutes. In traditional teaching, assessment is often done through sampling.
In this digital ecosystem, we can provide Differentiated Learning Support, allowing all students to achieve common high educational goals, regardless of their level of learning readiness. Simultaneously, by utilizing learning accelerators, we encourage active participation. This "Differentiated Learning Support" represents a significant enhancement of "Differentiated Teaching."
Specifically, we create and offer activities with differentiated learning support so that all students can achieve the same learning objectives. Students with moderate learning readiness receive the same challenging question as high-ability students but with additional support materials, such as targeted questions or tiered sub-questions. Students with lower learning readiness also receive the same challenging question, with even more detailed support.

Teenagers Counseling
t our Middle School, counseling provides a holistic approach to supporting and developing students, focusing on both individual and social skills. With the goal of creating a balanced and happy life, we use techniques that enhance self-confidence, personality development, goal setting, and the management of negative emotions.
Students with accelerated abilities and learning difficulties receive personalized intervention programs, developed through detailed psychoeducational assessments.
Through the innovative 3+ Program, students participate in experiential activities and psychoeducation workshops led by the specialized psychologists of "RODION Anadrasis." This program promotes the development of empathy, emotional education, and the prevention of negative school phenomena such as bullying. Additionally, we teach mediation to students, equipping them with the ability to resolve conflicts peacefully, communicate effectively, and foster a collaborative spirit.
Student Assessment
At the Middle School of "RODION PAIDEIA," assessment aims to provide feedback for the educational process and promote self-awareness and self-improvement among students.
- Descriptive Assessment allows teachers to create detailed reports on students' knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
- Numeric Assessment, based on clear criteria, is provided monthly to students and parents, helping them track progress and address any challenges.
Parents are informed about their children's progress through regular afternoon meetings and online via e-Meeting, which allows scheduling appointments with teachers during school hours.

Our Middle School students excel in various areas, including academic competitions, sports events, scientific conferences, and international educational activities.
They also participate in national and international competitions, exhibitions, presentations, and talks.
