I was born in Rhodes in 1995, to a family with roots from Asia Minor, Samos and Ikaria. In the 2nd grade of elementary school, I first met the English Language, which I immediately loved. After my first lesson, I announced to my parents that this would be my profession in the future. These words were not just the enthusiasm of a small child who knows a foreign language. As it turned out, although only seven years old, that day I discovered what has remained my passion to this day.
In 2013, I began my studies at the Department of English Language and Literature of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During my four years at the University, I had the opportunity to meet and learn from remarkable and internationally distinguished professors, who, in addition to knowledge, instilled in me a love for humanity and the need to protect it from all forms of injustice.
Returning to Rhodes after my studies, I immediately started working in a Foreign Language Tutoring Center. The daily contact with elementary and high school children gave a new dimension to my love for teaching. Seeing a child master a foreign language and feel proud of themselves is undoubtedly the best part of my job for me.
In 2021, I joined the “RODION PAIDEIA” family and felt the joy, through my collaboration with all my colleagues, of evolving and being inspired. The greatest inspiration, however, comes from the children. Those who know me well know that only when I am with the children do I feel completely happy, and I get energy from their energy. As an educator, my main goal is for the relationships I build with the children to be personal, with respect, understanding and trust, so that they always feel that they have someone of their own who will listen to them, advise them and support them whenever they need it. I feel very lucky that for the last three years I have been receiving waves of selfless love and I am touched that the children want to spend time with me during our breaks and excursions.
In my personal life, I love traveling and getting to know other cultures with my closest people, as well as watching movies cuddling with my cat.
