I am a teacher at "RODION PAIDEIA" Schools. I grew up and studied in Rhodes. My dream of becoming an educator began to form during my school years. My first experience with our school was while I was still studying at the Department of Primary Education at the University of the Aegean. After completing my internships, I was certain that I would continue my journey in the familiar and beloved environment of the school.
For several years, I worked as a support teacher, assisting students in their daily studies. During the summers, I have been involved in our school's "Summer School" program, where I recently took on a coordinating role.
I love education and view my role as also being research-oriented. This belief led me to complete a postgraduate program titled "Teaching of Science and ICT in Education: Interdisciplinary Approach." Part of my thesis, "Developing Skills Related to Designing Investigations and Constructing Arguments for Plant Nutrition in Second Grade Students," was presented at the 13th Panhellenic ENEFET conference.
I continually enrich my pedagogical training with seminars on special education and school psychology. I respect the diversity of each child and their personal experiences. I believe that even the most complex concepts can be understood by young children if presented in a way that sparks their curiosity and imagination.
I enjoy constantly learning new things, observing, and exploring the world around me. I love books, traveling, and spending time with my loved ones.
