By a twist of fate, I found myself in Rhodes in 2007, joined the "RODION PAIDEIA" family, and ... stayed here. Early on, I chose and fell in love with the path of being an IT educator because I firmly believe in the power of education and want to provide every student with the tools to reach their full potential. After completing my studies in Computer Science at the University of Crete, I continued with a Master's Degree in Educational Sciences - Education, using New Technologies from the University of the Aegean.
My experience as an educator and High School Principal (since 2011) has taught me the importance of adaptability and continuous improvement. I strive to create an open, welcoming, and safe learning environment. I work closely with our teachers, the counseling office, and parents to build a strong network that supports our students' growth and goal achievement. By promoting innovation, quality, and adaptation to modern demands, I aim to ensure that our students acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and values to equip them for the future.
I am a firm believer in lifelong learning and professional development and make it a point to stay updated on new educational trends and practices. This process helps me stay informed about best practices and implement them in my teaching.
In my free time, you can find me with a tennis racket (or recently a padel racket) or spending time with my daughters, Katerina and Flora.
