The operations department, under the supervision of the COO, is tasked with the smooth operation of the school's facilities and services to achieve the following goals:
Ensure the quality and safety of the school's facilities and equipment and their continuous improvement.
Support, guide, and effectively utilize the school's human resources.
Develop the school's information systems and digital governance using new technologies and tools.
Offer quality administrative services through modern methods and best practices.
Implement admission strategies and promote the school by enhancing communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure safe and comfortable transportation for students and staff through proper management of the transportation office and school buses.

Security and Safety
The safety of our children is our top priority. With permanent staff at the gates to monitor the entry and exit of students and visitors, we ensure safety within the school premises.
We implement protocols for the entry and exit of students and ensure continuous supervision of children in indoor spaces, courtyards, and playgrounds. The seismic-resistant construction of the buildings and the fire safety measures in all areas meet the strictest standards.
ISO Certified Catering
We always aim for the highest quality in nutrition and hygiene. Our dining areas are ISO 22000:2018 certified, ensuring strict quality control in our restaurant and canteens.
At our school, we recognize that balanced nutrition is a key element of healthy child development. Therefore, the menu at our restaurant is carefully curated by a specialized nutritionist who ensures the nutritional value of the meals.
Our school's chef ensures the excellence and high nutritional quality of each meal, prepared to provide the students with the energy and concentration they need for the school day.
Student Card
Upon enrollment, each student receives a special student card. This card offers many practical functions for their daily life.
Students can use the card to make purchases at the restaurant, canteen, and the Pergola bookstore. Parents can load money onto the card directly from their bank account, ensuring their children always have access to necessary items. The card also acts as a transparency tool, as parents receive immediate email notifications detailing the purchases made by their children.
For students with dietary needs or allergies, the card offers additional safety. Parents can inform the school of these needs and block the purchase of specific products.
The card also functions as a key to access certain areas of the campus, depending on the student's age.
Continuous Cleanliness and Hygiene
Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities for us. A dedicated team ensures the continuous cleaning of common areas.
After each break, the sanitary areas are sterilized. Through QR codes representing each space, the frequency of cleaning for all facilities is monitored in real-time.
Medical Care
An experienced nurse is available to administer medication and provide immediate care for minor injuries.
Incidents that occur within the school are recorded in each child's electronic file, which is accessible to parents, ensuring comprehensive and continuous monitoring of their child's health.
Safe Transportation
A fleet of 11 modern school buses manages the safe transportation of children to and from the school. We ensure maximum safety in transportation with experienced drivers.
Bus attendants check in and out each child upon entering and exiting the bus via their tablets, allowing the school's administrative services and parents to be informed in real-time.
We have specially designed areas for the safe boarding and disembarking of our students, as well as parking areas for school buses, staff vehicles, and visitors.
